Production Details The current producer specification includes up to 45% reserve wines and three years of aging in the House's Crayères. The official 2022 Moët Hennessy Italia catalogue describes three years on the lees and fruit from Grands Crus, Premiers Crus and other crus. Recommended serving temperature is 8–10°C.
