Production Details The grapes were gently pressed and transferred by gravity into underground qvevri, underwent spontaneous native-yeast fermentation, and remained ten months on lees without malolactic fermentation. The wine was bottled without fining shortly before the 2017 harvest and aged sur lattes; the importer's current offered lot was disgorged in 2025. The same page conflicts on composition: its principal technical text calls the 2016 100% Chardonnay, while an embedded December 2025 critic note calls it a Chardonnay-Meunier blend, so no variety_blend claim is proposed.
Tasting Notes Audrey Frick, December 2025: bright pale yellow; aromas of meringue, lemon sorbet and fresh flowers; tense, focused and precise palate with an airy, elegant mousse and seamless finish.
