Production Details Single-parcel Meunier from a vineyard with a 15% slope. The producer reports minimal soil disturbance, natural inter-row cover, shallow cultivation beneath the rows, herbotherapy, Poussard pruning, green manure and natural fertilization. Following gentle gravity pressing, spontaneous first fermentation took place in Burgundian oak barrels, followed by seven months on harvest lees. Malolactic fermentation was not induced; the wine was neither filtered nor clarified. It then spent 15 years on lees in bottle. The producer characterizes the vintage by good flowering, a sunny spring, cool summer and very warm September. A specialist trade page recommends serving this release at 8–10°C.
