Production Details For base 2020, natural gravity settling was performed without enzymes or chaptalization; the year's wines matured for nine months on lees before bottling and then 24–36 months on lees in the cellar. The nine parcels were planted between 1951 and 2005 and lie at 121–195 m. The analytical panel additionally records harvest potential alcohol of 11°, total acidity of 4.06 g/L expressed as H2SO4, free SO2 of 5 mg/L and volatile acidity of 0.39 g/L. Secli recommends serving this release at 10–12°C and opening it 10–20 minutes before service.
Tasting Notes Light yellow with golden reflections and creamy effervescence; generous, full-bodied and iodized, with a persistent, lacy finish
