Production Details The exact release page reports 18 months in neutral barrique before bottling. The importer's producer-method page says all wines from the 2019 vintage use Méthode Fabrice Pouillon: 15% of the pressed juice is held in steel until spring, the balance ferments in neutral barrels with ambient yeast, vin clair and retained grape juice are subsequently combined, and the wine is bottled under cork when remaining sugar reaches 24 g/L; any dosage uses grape juice. The method page describes this combination after 12 months, whereas the exact release page states 18 months before bottling, so the source-specific timing statements are retained without reconciliation.
