Production Details For the 80% 2023/20% 2022 release, the rosé underwent a 12-hour maceration, was vinified in vats and French oak casks with indigenous yeasts, included reserve wine matured in oak, and aged on lees for 18–24 months. The producer's generic sheet further states that a limited portion of macerated wine is retained in cask for blending with the following year's wine, bottling occurs 6–9 months after harvest, the period on laths is 18–24 months, and dosage occurs 3–6 months before marketing. A 2016 importer catalog separately documents NV Rosé de Maceration Brut releases disgorged in winter 2014 (750 mL) and spring 2016 (750 mL and 1.5 L); those historical disgorgement seasons are retained only as format-specific catalog contexts.
Tasting Notes Intense maceration rosé; juicy, crisp fruit; generous expression, tension, energy and a marked sense of terroir.
