A separate 2019-base release used lots aged in stainless steel and concrete, spent an additional year on lees and was then aged under cork; the reviewed bottle was disgorged in July 2024 with 4 g/L dosage. In the historical importer archive, the tasted 2007-base release spent an additional year in tank, was bottled in 2009 and aged under cork; its house-made must-concentrate dosage was matured in a 60-litre old Cognac-wood barrel. The same archive indicated that a 2008-base release would follow.
