Production Details The three parcels were vinified separately in stainless steel. The base wines remained in tank on their lees, with regular tastings, until assemblage. Following the second fermentation, the wine spent a minimum of six years on lees before disgorgement and was riddled by hand using the traditional method. The sheet describes the vineyards as sustainably managed and marks the wine as 'Practising Organic'; it does not state an organic certification.
Tasting Notes Spring flowers, white fruits and citrus; vibrant palate with bright acidity, delicate persistent mousse, elegance and minerality

Production Details The retailer's 1.5-litre 2014 listing reproduces release-specific reviews with differing disgorgement information: Vinous, reviewed November 2021, reports disgorgement in May 2021 and dosage of 3.5–4.5 g/L, while Wine Advocate, reviewed January 2022, describes a July 2021 disgorgement. These observations likely concern different 2014 disgorgements and are not safe as vintage-wide dosage or disgorgement claims.
