Production Details The base wines remain on lees in stainless-steel tanks until assemblage. The perpetual-reserve component, started in the late 1990s and based on the 1988, 1990, 1993 and 1996 harvests, is stored across large foudres, concrete, stainless-steel and cement vats. The assembled cuvée ages for at least 36 months on lees before release. The documented base-2020 NV release was disgorged in 2023. Recommended serving temperature is 9–12 °C.
