Production Details Base-2021 non-vintage release made mainly from Grand Cru and Premier Cru fruit around Mareuil-sur-Ay, using first-press juice and traditional vinification in vats and wood while avoiding premature oxidation. The producer states that 26.8% of the 2021 wines did not undergo malolactic fermentation and that the finished cuvée spent at least three years on lees at a constant 12°C. Its release table reports 56% previous harvests aged in wood, while the same sheet's general cycle description says each annual blend comprises two-thirds new harvest and one-third past harvests; these proportions are therefore retained as a producer-source conflict and not normalized. The cycle reserves wine in oak barrels and tuns and has also fed the slower-renewing Réserve Essentielle since 2012. A specialist trade listing for its offered 2021-base lot reports hand harvesting, disgorgement in May 2025, approximately three years on lees, and an 8–10°C serving range; the disgorgement is retained only as lot/release context, not as a vintage-wide disgorgement_date.
