Production Details Maturation in the cellars lasts 18 months, followed by at least 3 months of ageing after disgorgement.
Tasting Notes Deep gold with amber highlights; intense tropical-fruit aromas including mango and guava, stone fruit such as nectarine, and raspberry; broad, fleshy fruit-salad flavors with caramel, quince jelly, grapefruit and ginger.
