Production Details The current blend comprises more than 100 wines, including 20–30% reserve wines, and represents different harvests and nearly 280 crus. An archived Moët Hennessy USA technical note for the earlier 9 g/L specification states 24 months' cellar maturation followed by at least three months' ageing after disgorgement; these month-based durations are retained as text rather than converted to exact days.
Tasting Notes Golden straw yellow with green highlights; green apple, citrus, mineral nuances, white flowers, brioche, cereal and fresh nuts; pear, peach and apple on the palate, with fine bubbles, citrus freshness and gooseberry nuances.
