Production Details According to cellar master Benoît Gouez's account, the 1995 component remained in tank; the other component vintages were finished Champagnes in bottle that were riddled, disgorged and returned to tank for reassembly. The resulting blend underwent another tirage, prise de mousse and period of maturation on lees.
Tasting Notes A paradoxical combination of freshness and maturity, making the wine difficult to assign an apparent age.
