2015 Technical Specifications
Grape Varieties 44% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay, 24% Meunier
Region Champagne
Dosage 5.0 g/L
Contains Added Sulfites Yes
Production Details The official release page reports 6 years in the cellars and at least 6 months of ageing after disgorgement. A trade sheet labelled Grand Vintage 2015 reports non-oxidative vinification in stainless-steel tanks, systematic protection from oxidation, 100% malolactic fermentation, no reserve wines and a minimum 5 years' cellar ageing; because that sheet's blend conflicts with the producer and its tasting text appears to describe 2012, those supplementary winemaking statements are not treated as verified vintage-wide specifications.
Tasting Notes Breadcrumbs, fresh brioche and almond paste followed by elderflower, jasmine, white peach, watermelon and dawn garrigue; ample and supple, with floral, aniseed and menthol nuances and a fresh-almond bitterness on the finish.
2013 Technical Specifications

Production Details A late-harvest vintage aged for 7 years in the cellars and for at least 6 months after disgorgement.
Tasting Notes Light golden hue; roasted chestnuts, toasted buckwheat, nuts, honey, nougat, ripe apple and pear, iodine, dried flowers and pine sap; direct and energetic, with delicate acidity, a finely chiselled structure, grainy texture and white-grapefruit bitterness.
