Production Details The 2020-dominant base includes reserve wine; fruit came from average-40-year-old, biodynamically farmed vines in Ambonnay and Bouzy and was vinified separately by parcel in wood. A Nickolls & Perks tasting sample reported 26% reserve wine, 4.5% red wine, 0 mg/L sulphites and an August 2023 disgorgement. Another exact-release listing identifies an April 2023 disgorgement, so the August observations are retained only as tasting-sample/release context.
Tasting Notes Isobel Salter, May 27, 2026 tasting: strawberry, raspberry, watermelon, citrus zest and peach; zesty, fresh, full-bodied and rich, with soft tannin, firm structure and a mineral, bone-dry finish.
