Production Details The vineyard has alternating-row grass cover and is cultivated using reasoned practices, including ploughing with an electric tractor. Ten percent of the Chardonnay is vinified in 300-liter oak barrels without malolactic fermentation; Pinot Noir is vinified in temperature-controlled vats with malolactic fermentation. The producer describes the dosage only as low. Champagne Characters reports at least five years of bottle ageing but is internally inconsistent on dosage, listing both 4 g/L and 4–5 g/L; Noble Grape lists 5 g/L. No vintage-wide numeric dosage is therefore proposed.
