Production Details This non-vintage perpetual reserve began with the 2010 harvest and receives a variable share of new clear wine each year. For the first RP10 release, the producer-hosted press material describes seven harvests from 2010 through 2016, storage in stainless-steel tanks and bottling in 2017 with a tirage cork secured by a clip; the CAGE Imports sheet specifies four years of lees ageing. The later producer page likewise specifies cork-and-clip tirage for its 2019 release. The 2019 base-wine composition remains internally conflicted: the English page gives 2010–2016, while the French page calls it an eight-harvest blend and enumerates 2010–2016 plus 2018, omitting 2017.
Tasting Notes Le Figaro Magazine 2019, first RP10 release: rich, round, vinous, opulent and complex, with a long, taut finish.
Food Pairing Yellow-chicken supreme with figs and green beans; casserole-cooked sweetbreads; or 18-month-aged Comté.
