Production Details 20% of the wines were vinified in oak. Roederer used its long, gentle infusion method: some Chardonnay juice was poured into a maceration of Pinot Noir grapes so the components fermented and blended together.
Tasting Notes Light, delicate pink; vibrant, ultra-fine bubbles; wild strawberry, raspberry, lemon-scented flower petals, fresh almond, bread, cocoa bean and spice; intense, velvety and creamy, with red fruit, sweet citrus, chalky mineral freshness, salinity and a sapid finish.
