Production Details 29% of the wine was vinified in oak. Produced by a long, gentle infusion of Pinot noir; Chardonnay juice was added to the Pinot noir maceration so the varieties fermented together.
Tasting Notes Pink with copper tints; fine steady bubbles; wild strawberry, raspberry, blood orange, rose-petal, iodine, chocolate, spice and cedar; silky, concentrated, chalky and saline.

Production Details 33% of the wine was vinified in oak casks. Bottle-aged for 4 years, followed by 6 months of rest after disgorgement. Made using Roederer's infusion technique: Chardonnay juice was added to the Pinot noir maceration and the varieties fermented together.
Tasting Notes Light, bright rosé; fine bubbles; mint, wild strawberry, raspberry, spice, smoke, dried fruit, roasted almond, cocoa and sea-spray salinity; soft, fresh and persistent.
