Production Details Fruit comes from more than 40 plots. Five percent of the wines are matured in oak casks with weekly bâtonnage, while 10% of the reserve wines are matured in casks. The blend spans six harvest years and includes reserve wines aged in oak for several years. MMD describes approximately three years of cellar/lees maturation followed by six months of rest after disgorgement.
