Production Details After first-year maturation on natural lees, blending and tirage take place in July. Secondary fermentation and maturation on laths continue for at least two additional years. Bottles are disgorged manually nine months before commercialization. Alliance Wine instead states more than two years on laths and manual disgorgement six months before release; its N/V listing does not identify a base year or release, so the differing post-disgorgement interval is retained as an unresolved release-level conflict.
Tasting Notes Guide Vert 2026: hazelnut, almond and citrus; fresh, classic and crystalline, with fine bubbles and a long, sapid profile
