Production Details The [2021] release was organically farmed using biodynamic methods. The current producer sheet instead gives 18 months on fine lees in barrel, so the release-specific 19-month figure and generic 18-month figure remain an explicit ageing-duration conflict. A Vinous review attached to the importer record reports 2.5 g/L dosage and a December 2024 disgorgement for the reviewed NV (2021) release while noting multiple disgorgements during the year; those bottle/review-scoped observations are not generalized into vintage-wide dosage or disgorgement fields.
