Production Details Naturally farmed using biodynamic methods, dynamic cover crops and reduced tilling. Fruit was meticulously selected, destemmed and macerated for 12–20 hours; the wine was aged in barrel and bottled without filtration. The parcel includes occasional Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Fromenteau vines although the finished wine is listed as 100% Pinot Meunier.

Production Details Organically farmed parcel; fruit was meticulously selected, destemmed and macerated for 12–20 hours. The parcel includes occasional Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Fromenteau vines although the finished wine is listed as 100% Pinot Meunier. For the Vinous-reviewed release, dosage was 2.5 g/L and the reviewed bottling was disgorged in December 2024; because the source notes multiple disgorgements during the year, neither detail is generalized into a vintage-wide dosage or disgorgement claim.
