Production Details The producer sheet describes hand harvesting at full ripeness and vines approximately 30 years old. Its assemblage is 60% white wine, 30% macerated wine and 10% red wine, with reserve wine aged in barrels; the current producer page instead specifies 50% reserve wine overall. The current page gives a dosage range of 6–8 g/L, while the producer PDF gives 7–8 g/L, so no single exact dosage is proposed. A historical release reviewed by Antonio Galloni in May 2022 was 60% 2019 and 40% 2018, with components described as 60% vinified white, 30% macerated and 10% saignée; that particular release had 6–8 g/L dosage and was disgorged in April 2022. Those historical release measurements are not generalized into dosage or disgorgement fields.
Tasting Notes Antonio Galloni (release and review date not identified by the producer sheet): bold, powerful and vinous, with depth, textural resonance, freshness, cranberry, orange peel, rose petal and mint.
