Production Details Non-vintage blend of several harvests containing approximately 40% reserve wine. The massal-selection Petit Meslier vines were planted in 2014 and 2018; the importer identifies them with the Les 7 parcel behind the winery. Grapes are hand-picked at full maturity, traditionally pressed, and transferred into barrels by gravity with very little settling. Slow alcoholic fermentation in barrel includes some bâtonnage, and malolactic fermentation is completed. The base wine ages on fine lees for six months; because the source states months rather than an exact number of days, no lees_aging_days value is proposed. Disgorgement is performed by hand.
Tasting Notes Vibrant and expressive, with aromatic energy and intense freshness
