Production Details The specialist descriptions state hand harvesting at full ripeness, traditional pressing, barrel fermentation, no malolactic fermentation, six months on lees, hand disgorgement, and 5–6 years of bottle aging. A bottle/release reviewed by Eric Guido for Vinous was reported at 2 g/L dosage and disgorged in November 2023, while the merchant’s separate producer-note section and Champagne Characters state 3 g/L. The reviewed-bottle dosage and disgorgement are retained only as bottle/release context and are not generalized to the whole vintage.
