Production Details For the May 2022-disgorged release: eight months in previously used barrels; five years in bottle on laths; hand disgorgement; dosage no more than 1.5 g/L; a small SO2 addition; and vineyard farming without synthetic inputs. The blend includes a barrel of Coteaux Champenois from Egly-Ouriet. The source describes six base vintages spanning 2010–2016, an unresolved internal counting inconsistency.
