Production Details 2018 harvest from Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers (68%), Avize and Oiry (32%). Winter was exceptionally rainy, spring was mild and stormy. Weather changed from June becoming beautiful and dry, generating a particularly early harvest starting August 30 and finishing September 11. Perfect sanitary state, abundant harvest with very beautiful maturity and moderate acidity. Wines are particularly fine and elegant. Viticulture respectful of soil and plant. Vinification and aging in foudres without filtration or fining.
