Production Details Based on 2017 harvest. Small but successful vintage that produced rich, dense wines with Jacquesson's typical refinement and stunning mineral persistence. Grapes from 66% Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers and 34% Avize and Oiry. Blend is approximately half Chardonnay followed by Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Completed with reserve wines from previous 700 series. Fermentation in older foudre with full malolactic. Bottled without cold stabilization, fining or filtration.
