Production Details 2011 vintage: cold and snowy winter, very hot and dry spring despite some frost, poor summer but much better end of season. Wines are balanced, harmonious and homogeneous. Vinification and aging in foudres on lees without filtration or fining. 96 months on lees under cork before late disgorgement in June 2020.
