Tasting Notes Complex and nuanced, with a mature patina from the older wines and youthful energy from the newer harvests; precise, elegant and harmonious, with a lace-like impression.

Production Details Fifth edition of the perpetual reserve, with wines selected after vinification of the latest harvest. Dosage is unresolved: that sheet states 5 g/L, while Henriot’s official shop describes the cuvée’s dosage as below five grams without stating a per-volume basis; therefore no canonical dosage is proposed for N005.
Tasting Notes Pale yellow with golden reflections and fine, regular effervescence; fresh butter, white flowers, minerality, cream and liquorice on the nose; citrus, ripe apricot, pastry and honey on the palate.
