Production Details Current Blanc Souverain release: multi-vintage blend comprising 50–70% wines of the base year and 30–50% reserve wines, including the perpetual reserve; aged at least 3 years; dosage ≤5 g/L; recommended serving range 9–12°C (48–54°F); formats 75 cl, 150 cl and 300 cl. The earlier producer sheet issued under the same cuvée's Blanc de Blancs name reported dosage <7 g/L and formats 37.5 cl, 75 cl, 150 cl and 300 cl.
Tasting Notes Flambéed pineapple, fresh citrus fruit, wet chalk and subtle pastry aromas; velvety texture and pronounced freshness.
