Tasting Notes Golden colour with emerald reflections and very fine bubbles; fresh, mentholated nose with pink grapefruit and frangipane; fresh, lemony attack followed by baked apple with salted butter, tarte Tatin, far Breton, candied ginger and star anise; long, tonic, mineral finish with Reinette apple and citrus.
