Production Details The current producer release is bottled at the end of the spring following harvest, aged in the cellars for at least four years, and returned to the cellars for at least six months after disgorgement. The importer NV sheet additionally specifies 20% reserve wine and a minimum of three years on the lees. Dosage specifications differ by document: the current French producer sheet gives 4 g/L, the English producer sheet gives a 4–8 g/L range, and the importer NV sheet gives 8.0 g/L. Vinmonopolet reports acidity of 5.7 g/L without stating its analytical basis, so it is not treated as canonical total acidity.
