Production Details For the current Garennes release, the wines were matured in barrels aged 1–20 years. The producer recommends serving its Champagne at 12–14°C in wine glasses. A historical specialist-trade listing identifies a 750 mL “L16 NV” Demi-Sec release with 11.50% alcohol, an 11°C serving recommendation and sulphur declared; its residual-sugar field is blank.
