Production Details The organically farmed Urville vineyards are partly horse-ploughed, and the producer uses gravity handling and organic estate lees. Partesa reports Royat-cordon and Chablis training, elevation of 250–300 m and a crop range of 8,000–11,000 kg/ha. Dosage information is not uniform across importer material: the producer sheet and importer technical specification state 4 g/L, the importer product page also describes 3.5 g/L and says it was aged for 15 years in oak, and the Jeb Dunnuck note records 3 g/L for a specific 2018-base bottle disgorged in December 2022. The same importer sheet records a separate Decanter bottle disgorged in January 2022. The bottle-specific dosage and disgorgement observations are not generalized to all NV Clarevallis releases.
