Production Details Standard specification: gravity handling and natural settling; no filtration or decolorization; sulphites below 35 mg/L; and 36 months on the lees. The producer’s current wine page states that the finished wine contains less than 2 g of natural residual sugar per bottle. The current Norwegian monopoly listing separately reports sugar below 3 g/L, no barrel aging and 36 months of bottle maturation. Immersion gift-box context: after the paired bottles shared the same journey through their third year, one bottle was placed at Ar Pommellou on 4 October 2020 for 646 days at a depth of 31 metres, where water temperature ranged from 8–13°C; these immersion details apply only to that special release.
