Production Details An early vintage: a warm, stormy spring enabled rapid, complete flowering during the first half of June; despite average temperatures, summer remained notably sunny and dry until harvest began on 10 September.
Tasting Notes Nose: red fruit, dried fig, spices, smoke and peat. Palate: brilliant and precise, with youthful freshness, date and pink grapefruit; tactile, powdery and silky, finishing taut and penetrating.
