Production Details Rosé Vintage 2008: the producer describes approximately twelve years of cellar maturation. A cool, cloudy growing season was followed by fine September weather. Japan release began in March 2022.
Tasting Notes Raspberry, wild strawberry, iris, violet, privet, angelica, camphor leaf, peony and white pepper; tactile, fleshy and silky, becoming firmer around a pronounced acidic structure.
Food Pairing Cauliflower lightly coated in mole made with cacao, grilled herbs and spices.
