Production Details Plénitude 2 (P2) is the second release of Dom Pérignon, aged for approximately 14 years on lees before disgorgement. This extended aging allows the wine to reach its second 'plenitude' or peak of maturity. Fermented in stainless steel tanks using cultured house yeast strains. Full malolactic fermentation completed. Produced from Grand Cru vineyards on chalky soils.
