Production Details Limited-quantity release of Deutz Brut Millésimé 2000. After disgorgement, the bottles matured for a further seven years in Deutz’s cellars.
Tasting Notes Alberto Lupetti’s 2 May 2012 tasting of Brut 2000 Extra Aged: fleshy, mature and layered, with honey, pastry, dried fruit and aromatic herbs; fresh, savory and acid-driven on the palate, with fine silky bubbles and a long finish. The same opened bottle showed fruit, hazelnut and honey four days later.
