Tasting Notes Subtle pale pink; fresh and refined, with wild strawberry, tart redcurrant, freshly picked rose and blood orange; lively, clean and precise, with crisp juicy red berries, an ethereal structure, silky texture and an elegant saline, iodised finish.
Food Pairing Aperitif; tuna and lemon tataki; grilled lobster; red mullet or John Dory; Kobe beef carpaccio; roast pigeon with cherries; delicate through spicy dishes.
