Tasting Notes Mineral-driven and chalky, gaining intensity and complexity with air; characterized by finesse and elegance.
Food Pairing Oysters, grilled or other delicate seawater fish, and crunchy fresh radishes with fleur de sel; also suitable as an aperitif.
