Production Details The current producer specification says a light dosage is added after 36 months of maturation on the lees and recommends serving at around 8°C. Archived, release-unspecified documents record an earlier formulation: the producer sheet gives 55% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier after 36 months on lees, while the importer sheet gives the same blend, 30–36 months on lees and dosage of 7 g/L. A producer-hosted Essi Avellan MW note dated 8 October 2023 instead reports dosage of 8 g/L. Because these NV documents are not tied to encodable editions and dosage varies by release, no vintage-wide canonical dosage value is proposed.
