Production Details Sainte-Anne is a multi-harvest non-vintage blend. The producer says its usual composition is approximately 50% wine from the harvest preceding bottling and 50% older reserve wines held for 2–5 years. Plots are vinified separately, with or without topping-up and in casks of differing provenance, before blending; the dosage liqueur is made from the same wine as the cuvée. For the current 2023-based release, Vine Trail specifies 22 g/L liqueur de tirage. A historical importer catalogue documents a separate release based on 60% 2010 and 40% combined 2009–2008, blended from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. That catalogue records five dosage-trial samples from 4.5 to 8.5 g/L but does not establish a finished-wine dosage for that historical release.
Tasting Notes Current 2023-based release: pure citrus, quince, brioche, saline and mineral
