Production Details After primary fermentation in stainless-steel vats, the wines were racked off their lees and underwent malolactic fermentation. After blending, yeast was added for the second fermentation in bottle. The wine then spent five years on lees before disgorgement in 2024. Liberty reports acidity of 5.4 g/L but does not specify its analytical basis, so it is not proposed as an unqualified total-acidity value. The producer describes the listed sites as a majority of Grand and Premier Crus, whereas Liberty characterizes the six sites as Grand and Premier Crus; no stronger qualification is asserted.
Tasting Notes Luminous gold with lively bubbles; cocoa, roasted coffee, brioche, quince, roasted pineapple, peach, apricot and blackberry-jelly aromas; round, generous and juicy, with a tangy finish and gentle cocoa-and-liquorice bitterness.

Region Champagne
Production Details Presented as a 75 cL library release in Crayères Collection #9 after extended ageing on lees. The producer reports that the 1995 season reached 9.2% potential alcohol with normal acidity; this is grape/vintage context, not finished-wine alcohol or acidity.

Region Champagne
Production Details Crayères Collection #9 presents Brut Millésimé 1985 separately in 75 cL and 1.5 L formats after extended ageing on lees. The producer describes severe winter frost followed by favorable weather from 1 July and particularly successful Chardonnay ripening; no exact harvest dates or finished-wine analyses are supplied.
Tasting Notes 75 cL release: deep gold with fine bubbles; very ripe yellow, candied and dried fruit, chestnut, hazelnut, cocoa, cinnamon, brioche, praline, honey, ginger and nutmeg; vibrant, subtly saline and persistent. 1.5 L release: deep gold with fine bubbles; ripe yellow and passion fruit, candied citrus, fresh zest, toast, sesame and mineral freshness; silky, finely textured and controlled in power, with minty freshness and roasted depth.
