Production Details The current producer presentation specifies 25% reserve wines averaging 5 years and 3–4 years of cellar ageing. Folio's undated technical specification repeats those values but describes 10 crus, whereas the current producer page states 15 crus; the release relationship is unresolved. For a Wine Advocate-reviewed 2020-base release, Folio records 30% reserve wines, cellaring in 2021, disgorgement at the end of 2023 and dosage of 9 g/L. A separate James Suckling review displayed by Folio reports 30% reserve wines, 13% barrel-fermented-and-aged 2020 base wine and dosage of 7 g/L. These reviewed-bottle dosage and disgorgement observations are retained only as release context and are not generalized to NVXX.
