Production Details A multi-vintage blend of more than 30 wines, combining a perpetual reserve dating to 1985 with a new harvest. It uses first pressings, with 20% undergoing first fermentation in oak barrels; more than half of the wines come from estate vineyards cultivated organically. Maturation comprises 36 months on lees followed by at least 36 months in the producer's cellars after disgorgement. The official dosage specification is Extra-Brut at less than 6 g/L. The producer page separately records a reviewed 2014-base bottle disgorged in May 2018; this is bottle/release context, not a harvest-vintage assignment for Cuvée 72. A specialist trade listing recommends serving at 6–8°C.
Tasting Notes Bright golden color with yellow highlights and fine bubbles; citrus, orange blossom, hawthorn, acacia, spice, saffron and cedar; redcurrant jelly, black fruits, honey and dried fruits; creamy texture with a pure, long and generous finish
