Production Details Official release specification: this is a multi-vintage Champagne from more than 30 crus. Reserve wines constitute half the blend; some underwent first fermentation in barrel and were subsequently kept in stainless steel, while some were retained for more than 10 years in bottle. The final wine matures for 3–4 years in bottle on lees and rests for at least 6 months after disgorgement. The producer page also reproduces reviews of particular bottles disgorged in April 2020 and October 2021; those dates are bottle-specific and are not release-wide disgorgement claims.
Tasting Notes Intense bright straw gold with very fine, persistent effervescence; white fruits and fresh almond, followed by chocolate, toast, fresh raspberry, star anise and candied chestnut; lively yet rich, animated and chiselled in texture, with saline notes and a very long, persistent finish
