Production Details The producer reports 102 months of cellar ageing, but the same leaflet also describes seven years sur lattes plus two years sur pointe; taken literally these equal 108 months, so the duration conflict is retained and no exact ageing-days value is proposed. The importer says selected barrels from the seven sites were blended in spring and describes nine years of maturation, including two years sur pointe.
